How do I have my say?

People join Labor for many different reasons – from helping on campaigns, getting involved in Labor policy or joining an equity group or association, there’s something for everyone.

The only way to have your say, is to make sure that you are a party member. If you haven’t yet joined, join now!

In order to exercise your democratic rights as a party member, you must be a registered member.

To register, you need to attend your local branch meeting, Regional Member Assembly or meeting of an equity group – this can be done in person or by videolink.

Once you are branch registered, there are a number of ways you can have your voice heard.
