James Martin

James Martin has been the Member for Stretton since 2021.

Prior to being elected, James Martin was the long-term advisor to the former Member for Stretton, Duncan Pegg as his electorate officer and campaign manager. Before working for Duncan, James represented employees as an Industrial Advocate for one of Australia’s largest unions.

James is the Deputy Chair of the Primary Industry and Resources Committee and serves as a Temporary Speaker.
