Sophie Lynch

Sophie Lynch is a local Gold Coaster and a strong advocate for workers.

Having studied law and being admitted to the Supreme Court as a lawyer, Sophie now works as an advocate for our local firefighters – ensuring fair workplace rights for our first responders.

She knows only the new Miles Labor government will protect our first responders who risk their lives to keep Queenslanders safe. 

Growing up Sophie also saw first-hand how Labor Governments stand up for ordinary working Queensland families like her own and invest in essential services like our local hospitals.

Sophie brings a fresh perspective and the energy to better represent our community. She understands the pressure on Mudgeeraba locals and that’s why she’s excited to join the Miles Labor team to continue to deliver essential cost-of-living relief to ease the pressure on families and to protect our essential services.
