James Green

Born and raised in Toowoomba, James Green has a diverse background in labour, trade, farming, and education, reflecting his strong commitment to hard work and community values. He is a lifelong local with a deep connection to his community.

Educated at Centenary Heights State High School, James understands the importance of accessible and quality education and knows only a Miles Labor Government is doing what matters when it comes to educating Queensland kids.

As a father he understands the challenges of raising a family, which is why the $1000 energy rebate his community received as part of new Premier Steven Miles’ cost of living measures is so important to Toowoomba North families.

James’s professional journey includes successfully running a small business, which, combined with his educational background, provides him with a well-rounded perspective on economic and community issues.

He is dedicated to being a true advocate for Toowoomba North, working with the local council to achieve key local developments, such as the new hospital which is all at risk under the LNP and David Crisafulli who have no vision for Queensland.

James has a clear vision for his community and is ready to champion the issues that matter most to Toowoomba North and deliver for the people he represents.
