Jack Hargreaves

As a tradesperson in aviation, Jack worked on fixing mustering helicopters in Warrego. He understands how important it is to back local and secure jobs for regional Queenslanders. He is dedicated to delivering for local workers, and apprentices especially those in the regions like Warrego.

Jack knows the only way to create good well-paid jobs for locals is to help young and return to work Queenslanders into trades. He says the Miles Labor Government’s commitment to delivering Free TAFE, as well as $1000 off tools for first-year apprentices has been a real game changer.

In Warrego, the Miles Labor Government has a plan to keep our community safe. This includes investing $16.5 million to replace the police facility in Cunnamulla, which will ensure local officers have modern, fit-for-purpose facilities.

Access to healthcare closer to home is showing only Labor is doing what matters for Warrego families. Labor is investing $20 million in the Tara Hospital to ensure it can continue to serve the local community for many years to come.

Cost of living relief is so important to the Warrego community who have shared in more than $18 million in electricity rebates under Labor. And Labor’s Cheaper Energy Plan backs jobs, public ownership and will make power cheaper with our energy price guarantee

The people of Warrego can’t risk the LNP’s privatisation agenda which will drive up power prices and cost local jobs.
