Corinne Mulholland
Corinne is a proud wife, mum, and a dedicated advocate for Queensland. As a disaster management specialist, lawyer, and working professional, she’s ready to stand up and fight for a better future for all Queenslanders.
Growing up and now raising her own family in the outer suburbs, Corinne knows firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing working families. She’s lived the daily struggles of balancing work, family, and the rising cost of living. That’s why she’s committed to being part of an Albanese Government that delivers real solutions—lowering the cost of living, putting money back in your pocket, and making it easier to buy a home.
Corinne will fight for:
– Tax relief to ease the burden on families and small businesses.
– Energy bill rebates to help households manage rising costs.
– Reductions in HECS debt to give young Australians a fairer start.
– Cheaper childcare to give all children the best start in life.
– Fairer wages and conditions for hardworking Queenslanders.
– Investment in health services to provide cheaper medicines, free GP visits for children and a record investment in women’s health.
As a former disaster management specialist working for Queensland’s Inspector-General of Emergency Management, Corinne has led teams to review disaster plans across the state, assess natural disasters, and improve Queensland’s preparedness and response strategies. She knows how to protect communities when it matters most.
Corinne has a proven track record of delivering for her community. She fought for major infrastructure and service upgrades in the outer suburbs, including the Petrie university campus and new sporting facilities. She led a campaign that secured a much-needed MRI machine for her local hospital—because she knows how to get results.
With experience in regional economic development, hospitality, and tourism, Corinne understands that small businesses and workers are the backbone of Queensland’s economy. She knows that when local businesses and workers thrive, the community thrives.
Holding a Bachelor of Journalism, Corinne put herself through university while working full-time. She recently earnt a Juris Doctor in law and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland as a lawyer. She’s a fighter who knows the value of hard work—and she’ll bring that same determination to work for you in the Senate.
Corinne has also served on a range of charity boards including the Deception Bay Community Youth Programs and Prince Charles Hospital Foundation and is passionate about delivering an affordable and world-class health service in the community.
Queensland needs a strong voice in the Senate—someone who understands your challenges and has the drive to deliver real results. Corinne is that voice. She’ll fight for you, your family, and your future.
