As a recent TAFE graduate, Alex is passionate about everyone having the opportunity to get the skills for the job they want. It’s why he is proud to be part of Anthony Albanese’s Labor team that will make free TAFE permanent.

Working as a baker, Alex understands the importance of a good, secure job that pays well. That’s why the Albanese Labor Government’s work to get wages moving, provide more rights for casual employees, and same job, say pay laws are making a big difference to the lives of working people.

Labor’s number one priority has been delivering cost of living relief with bigger tax cuts for every taxpayer, 20% off student debt, energy bill relief, cheaper childcare, strengthening Medicare, and cheaper medicines. 

By working together, we’ve got inflation down, wages moving and interest rates are now falling. 

Alex will fight for more investment in local health services, more skills and training to support local jobs, and getting more housing built so that locals can access affordable and reliable housing.
