Bowman

Donisha Duff has dedicated her life to improving the lives of others, with a strong background in health, education and youth support.

Donisha and her family are proud to have called the Redlands home for over 30 years.

Donisha has over 20 years of experience in health policy, planning and management and currently works as Chief Operations Officer at the Institute of Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH).

In this role, she works closely with communities in the health sector and is passionate about community advocacy and engagement.

Donisha is a proud Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander woman and has significantly contributed to improving the health of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

Donisha is a respected community leader, serving as a board member of the Metro South Hospital & Health Service, the Medical Radiation Practice Board of AHPRA and is also an Adjunct Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University.

Donisha also gives up her own time to chair the not-for-profit organisation Stars Ltd – a school-based engagement program for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls.

Donisha decided to run because she strongly feels it’s time the Redlands had an MP that respects this community.

She has the experience and skills to properly represent the people of Bowman who have been neglected for too long.

Bowman deserves someone who puts the Redlands first, and looks out for the community.

That person, unequivocally, is Donisha Duff, and we are delighted to have her as part of the Labor team.
