Cath Palmer

Labor Candidate for Bracken Ridge

Cath Palmer is a Northside local through and through. Her connections to the Bracken Ridge Ward go back to 1970 when her parents built their first home there. Cath went to school locally and has raised her own family in Bracken Ridge.

A former local newspaper editor, Cath worked as a journalist for over 25 years both in Australia and overseas. She currently works as an electorate officer.

Through her work as a community newspaper reporter and editor, Cath gained valuable knowledge of the Northside community, local organisations and businesses and knows what makes the area tick.

Cath is married to Brad and is the mother of five boys. She has a long history of involvement with local schools and sporting clubs.
